Still, no audit has taken place, despite their attempts to suggest otherwise on Monday:

''The Big Four Accounting Firm was not required to verify the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the information provided to it. The scope of the Big Four Accounting Firm work pursuant to the due diligence engagement also did not constitute an audit performed in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards, nor did it include procedures to detect fraud or illegal acts, or to test the compliance by the Company with the laws or regulations in any jurisdiction. The foregoing summary describes the material procedures performed by the Big Four Accounting Firm but does not purport to be a complete description of the procedures performed by the Big Four Accounting Firm.''

The $400 loan from China Development Bank is based on the assumption that prior financial statements can be relied upon. If statements as far back as 2007 are proven to be fabricated, not only does that call for restatements, and imply securities violations, it totally removes the likelihood that Abax could possibly 'flip' this company for anything remotely close to what was invested. That in turn implies CDB hasn't a hope in hell recouping their initial loan with interest etc.
The SAIC filings are all that matter here.
The company is at liberty to report any 'record' number they pull out of the hat for all the remaining 10q filings, that's because these are unaudited. The ultimate, unscalable obstacle will be the 10k filing, in early 2012. Defunct Frazer Frost will not be there to blindly sign off the numbers- a real audit will be required- and with that, brings curtains to the charade.

That's all well and good, correcting the omissions from your prior statements. Citron is not the end all. The short interest in this stock was elevated way before they ever picked up coverage, and for good reason- The toxic RTO and Frazer Frost combination.
Finger pointing over these trivial issues, is very akin to Chairman Yang screaming about short sellers on his conference call. You just don't rise to it if your integrity is there...and I suspect, it is not.
Be that as it may, wait till December, the panacea $24 LBO buy out month for resolution and we shall see where the real 'Dick' Mellon Stands then.

Merely pointing out the factual inaccuracies in your statements, rather akin to many of Harbin Electric's statements:

'The most important: the SEC has approved the deal.'
' Andrew Left from Citron was convicted for securities fraud'

These exact kind of baseless assertions serve to confuse and mislead.

''disciplined by the National Futures Association in 1995'' - That does not equate to a a 'charge' or 'securities fraud', nor does it eclipse the track record of his website.
