You might be forgetting Walk that politics play a huge role, and advocacy groups a long with Obama Care. This is the type of drug the FDA tends to get more political with, because it effects so very few people - young boys. You might want to consider this factor.

No Carsons, I was wrong predicting a positive Adcomm. Me and my followers still made a good deal of money, u would too if u follow me on twitter and my live show. I gave a trading thesis, and also sold the run up over 8, lost on calls, but won more trading the bounce from 2.50 to 2.95 upon open - all a thesis which I discussed beforehand, and gave proof of thesis on twitter. This is stocks, trading, and money, and good traders make money regardless of a fundamental outcome.

I made 20,000 trading the stock. I gave a run up target price of 8.50. it hit 8.40. I tweeted when I sold over 8 dollars, my followers did the same, I explained the notes would likely cause a sell off. I did buy 2500 bucks worth of calls - lost, traded a poop ton of shares for a bottom bounce, made on that, It never ceases to amaze me - that which a person is grossly guilty of, they vehemently accuse others of.

That's nice Doc, stick to what you know, small cap bios aren't investments, they are trades. Suggesting a small cap company developmental company as an "investment" is not wise.

Don't know what to tell you, that is developmental biotech. ARIA loses a ton more and has a 3B market cap. this one now as a 110M market cap. triple of that is $330M market cap. think market cap, not price.

Well i dont see the data as barely better, and i think my articles and others have proven this point. Again, if you are " really" a doctor, u should know that if a drug causes terrible side effects, patients cut down and/or stop all together. So let's say for arguments' sake Sutent has far better efficacy than Tivo - would if matter if patients stop taking Sutent because of these side effects? As a Doctor you say you are, u should know just how important patient compliance is in regard to quality of prolonged life. With a PFS as Doctors with this trial stating " the best we have seen" your bear thesis is weak at best because the drug is just about assured to be approved as a 2nd line therapy ( which could see huge uptake because of patients cutting down or stopping drugs like Sutent all together) further more, with other indications such as I have mentioned, on the business end, company receives a lot of money upon approval of Tivo to advance a pivotal P3 for the much higher monetary market diseases. This is where " shorts" tend to get blown out of the market, = failure to understand business models and overall valuations.

What kind of Doctor are you exactly? serious question here.

U could short the gap, but be advised, AVEO get a lot of money from Astellas and plans to initiate a pivit P3 for tivo addressing triple negative breast cancer -- untapped huge market. remember, u should know as a doctor that when patients do not tolerate a drug, they cut back on dosing, or stop all together. Tivo has the best compliance seen, I am not buying tivo for RCC approval, its the platform, money position from Astellas, and pivital for triple neg breast cancer.
