David Rounick, based out of Penn Valley, PA, specializes in commercial real estate property investment in the greater Philadelphia region and including involvement in real estate projects located in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Oklahoma. The existing real estate portfolio includes commercial properties primarily focused on apartment buildings, apartment complexes, student housing and mixed-use commercial projects. Mr. Rounick’s interest in the real estate industry stems from his involvement in the Rounick family’s former business, Deb Shops, a nationwide specialty retailer of fashionable apparel, shoes and accessories. Later, when the next generation came onboard, David’s father, Marvin Rounick, and Warren Weiner expanded the company with the opening of Deb Shops and Tops & Bottoms into shopping malls nationwide.
