The P/E ratio on RGR and SWHC at not insanely high like FB or DDD. SWHC is well below 10 and RGR is at about 17. I do not short stocks, but If I would look to stocks with a crazy P/E ratio if I did.

Traditional toy sales were down. LF LeapPad sales surged with parents shifting priorities due to lower disposable income. It makes a lot of sense. Instead of paying $100-$250 for a large play-set with extra figures for $10 each, many parents opted to buy a sturdy piece of learning hardware for $99 plus $30 cartridges and cheap apps for under $200. Kids love to play learning games. They will play the good ones over and over again. Parents will quickly find out what their kids do not like with regard to cheaper systems. Parents will also continue to support what works for their kids. Amazon should stick to selling LF products instead of flooding the market with half-baked, cheap, and low quality apps for Kindle "paper weights."
