PY, The filing will be big news whether it reveals more projects in the works or sheds no light on any more potential sales.

I'm hopeful that it will shed a little more light on upcoming projects by giving more detail of how many, what kind, and what size of projects are soon to produce sales. The PowerCubes are the most likely to have these kinds of revelations.

Rick, the times I have gotten that kind of message was when I tried to post a thanks to someone using identical words. It won't let you post the exact same message a second time.

Remember the rumored end of the PIPE and possibly the battery being used in a 48 volt Kia send the price to .22. I think your estimates are way low.

If more powercubes and the NS 999 come before the end of June we should be looking at $1 or $2 by the end of June.

    Rick,

If the things you appear to have assumed about TG are correct, he would probably need to go.

I am frustrated by the nature of public companies that have to keep everything behind a wall of secrecy, especially when they are the small fish in the big pond. But I can only make my decisions and judgments based on what I know. I will give management the benefit of the doubt until I clearly know that management is the cause for all the delays.

Rick, I would think someone who's company had failed due to external forces like yours faced would have a little more understanding towards someone in TG's position.

TG and his management team have kept Axion alive and in the hands of the shareholders through a tough ten years.

First of all, most start ups fail.

Second, they had a terrible start and had to go public to clean up a scam built around the new technology. JP has rehearsed this story recently in the concentrators.

Third, there was no ready market for the product. The market is still developing and the batteries can't be sold until the customers have new machinery available for the product.

Fourth, the company has had to withstand a huge market crash and a deep, extended recession.

Fifth, the company has had to survive the exit of four large investors who normally would not have been candidates to exit.

Sixth, the company has survived a PIPE financing.

Seventh, the company has taken a crude technology and developed a process to mass produce it.

Eighth, the company has two top tier companies who have tested and proclaimed the quality of the battery. At any moment NSC could roll out NS 999. BMW is still meeting with Axion and planning on a regular basis.

Ninth, ePower has signed an exclusive contract with Axion to supply batteries for their trucks. The truck is about to be on the road in the hands of a real customer.

Tenth, Axion is working with numerous customers to develop powercubes for grids. One has already been sold and we are told many more, larger ones are about to be unveiled.

Axion has done well just to survive the many obstacles it has faced. Again, you of all people should realize that from your experience in a failed company.

Yet Axion has so many possible markets now that any one of those markets could make Axion a viable company.

The government has also been tilting the playing field by heavily subsidizing Li-ion.

Axion's management has kept the company alive and in the hands of stockholders for 10 years by raising funds with stock issuances. If the company had resorted to borrowing money to fund the company, any two of the previous financings would have doomed the company.

As it is, Axion lives to fight another day.

If Axion had a billionaire space cowboy to support them if finances went south, the management could take more risks.

    futurecartsla,

If Axion had borrowed $10 million dollars instead of the PIPE financing, the shareholders would now own about $4 million of the company's $14 million dollars of hard assets. (rough number)

If they were to borrow $30 million going forward and there were no or limited sales, then the creditors would own Axion and the shareholders would get nothing.

If Axion issues more shares for financing, the current shareholders would still own a percentage of the company. The company would not be forced into bankruptcy.

    futurecartsla,
My first experience with investing was with Nova Biosource Fuels, NBF. They developed a process for making diesel from 25 different animal fats and oils. They built a couple of plants for other companies and finally built their own. They had the first half of the plant running and the second half about to come online. Thy had borrowed money to finance their operation. They were at a point to where they needed to borrow more money to buy feed stock for their plant to bring it to full production. The lender refused to loan more money and the price of diesel dropped over a dollar a gallon. Now I own 3200 shares of worthless stock. Another company bought the technology and has a successful business.
