He has a lot of people close to him and within Berkshire who have worked at Kraft or closely with them, according to this article. (www.newsvisual.com/new...) A CEO in a berkshire owned company was a 14 year exec at Kraft, probably giving him insidde info on the workings of the company.

I ran across this article which would help support the rumor of Tellabs buyout. It looks as though a few of the top executives from each company know each other very well from previous work. Especially former AT&T top execs Ianna and Hesse, who now serve on the Tellab and Nokia boards respectively. www.newsvisual.com/new...
This intimate relationship at the top of each company could in fact help to drive this deal, so I don't know if I would be selling the stock just yet.
