There might also be concerns about whether lowering 2014/2015 capex targets (to fuel more buybacks?) is a bright idea in light of flagging growth. AT&T's 296K Q1 postpaid net adds (boosted by tablets) and 184K prepaid net losses are easily worse than Verizon's respective net adds of 677K and 43K. I have a fair share of at&t and can tell you now that there is very few company's that are as strong know that a lot of people complain about the service had one cable company that had everything AT&T has except about every three months they would raise their prices and wouldn't tell you why. I have AT&T U-VERSE service and its the best ,so hang in there and remember if you think there's a better stock than AT&T sell it and buy something and see what happens.

Hee is a co. that is far ahead in its technological paying a darn good dividend Tomorrow go to your bank and see what u can receive on $100,000.. I'll tell you maybe one half to one percent. I do not agree with the statment by serentystocks.A T& T has so much money from profits that it was able to pay off a debt of three Billion ( 3 billion dollars )in three days tell me another Corporation that has that kind of money.I wish i has a million dollars to buy more

I think T is a very good buy at about $28.30 and a damn good dividend of about 6%(try to get that a bank) even thou it might not merge with T-moble..AT&T is going to be here for a long time to come and will be doing business for a long time.....
