Kudos and thanks to Michael Fu for sharing with us his personal experience and the forward looking analysis, respectively.

    Where is Andy Zaky?

I don't know. I might. Zaky's is the only name that you've mentioned in the article, hence my comments with my thoughts about his latest (wrong) call. Otherwise I like AAPL and liked your article/reasoning.

Perfect? The question is whether you're good enough to heed (read: the Zaky factor)!

p.s.: I own the AAPL stock and like it.

I didn't say it would or should go to $750 in 22 days.
I said I don't believe analysts or their targets.
(And, what I meant was, mentioning Zaky's name hurt your message)

Andy Zaky, whose name you mention in your article had a call in October 2012 for "AAPL $750 by end of January 2013" and "$1,000 by 01/2014".

Today, 15 days before the earnings report, AAPL closed at $525. It needs 43% increase in share price in order to arrive at Mr. Zaky's price estimate for 01/2013.

Discl.: I own AAPL; I believe in the company's strengths as per your article; but I do not and I will not believe analysts' estimates unless AAPL hits $750 this month.

As if all that talk about patents, lawsuits, operating systems, profit margins and market shares wasn't enough, what does "I am in France at the moment purchasing wine and antiques" have to do with the AAPL share price?

I hope that this potentially good news will turn to reality. After all, what is good for AAPL is also good for me.

How many $$$$$$ of the $125,000 proceeds you are about to rake (200 shares @ $625) are you going to donate to victims of Sandy or any other disaster or misfortune?

  • Why Apple Is Still A 'Don't Buy' [View article]
President of "Rochdale Securities LLC" says "it happened".

The company "Rochdale Investment Management", which is the subject of your first post and the link on 03 Nov. at 11:06am, is another company with nothing to do with "Rochdale Securities LLC" or its AAPL trade that turned bad.

In other words: YES, a company lost money through an AAPL trade; NO, it is not the company that's in the link that you have provided.

If you want to waste your time confusing two separate companies, issuing posts with links, then correcting them, then re-stating again, then go ahead and do it. I am out of here.

rochdale isn't rochdale + we don't know if anyone bought anything + we don't know if anyone sold anything + we don't know how many shares,if ever sold or bought, and at what price = there's nothing to talk or write about.

Get some rest until Monday. Have a good weekend.

(For anyone who may have bought 125,000 shares @ $600) The paper loss would only be $3M (125,000 x (576-600)), and not $75M, assuming that they resold the shares on Friday at $576 a piece.

The Rochdale in the link you've provided says that it is not the Rochdale that you think it is.
