    • humahuaca: if you are relying on the SEC functioning to make an investment pay off I'd say you are in big trouble

    • humahuaca: I mean speculation, not investment
      1/14/12
    • Scotttrade: I'm not waiting on SEC to bank on investment. I'm just very curious as to why SEC can't see all the RED flags

    • talbano: it Seems insiders sell when companies do buybacks - and stocks move on rumors. What do want the SEC to do?
      1/14/12
    • Scotttrade: SEC should take them down like Enron. Investigate their balance sheets.
      1/14/12
    • Scotttrade: Take them down like Enron!

    • talbano: What should the SEC based investigation on? Can I ask, r u short NFLX? Seems like u follow closely
      1/14/12
    • talbano: I ask becasue I am considering buying it for a trade. it seems to have some strength and appears to be going higher
      1/14/12
    • Scotttrade: The upward movement is done. I advise you not to buy it. Buy at your own risk. Read this -http://bit.ly/Ao9NKR before you make ur decis

    • Scotttrade: Realornot:It smells fishy that NFLX will consider "free trials" as part of their subs. They should separate free trails from paying subs.

      1/15/12
    • Scotttrade: I'm not overly emotional. Only pointing clear FACTS that lots of investors do not see.Only giving factual evidences as forewarnings.Warnings

    • humahuaca: someone who rants over and over again about a stock he doesn't even have a position in is clearly overly emotional about it, imo
      1/15/12
    • humahuaca: that's all I'll say as I don't have a position either and really don't care one way or the other
      1/15/12
    • talbano: Hum- I agree with you. If you don't like a stock than don't buy it; why rant about it? Class actions hardly result in anything.
