You are in the minority--this is not what the majority of reviews say. Expert and consumer feedback is excellent, especially for the learning quality. In fact 15 of the top 20 rated products in this category on Amazon are all LeapFrog items. Long and pretty pleased about it.
Just imagine the uptick when TSLA finally gets the outdated laws struck down that traditional car dealerships are using to block them from selling in their states. (When I tried to set up a test drive, Tesla said I had to go to SC to do so). Here in NC, I have seen three new Model S cars on the road in the past month (man, they look good, too), even though folks have to go out of state to get them. I consider that a good sign. Not to mention the Mercedes B Class/Tesla partnership announced for 2014. Glad to see the pressure on the shorts due to an American business finding success. I'll be staying long regardless.
BP - An Attractive Dividend, And An Even More Attractive Value Stock [View article]
I will not invest in BP until they have proven they have addressed their culture of recklessness. The Deepwater Horizon event was just one of many incidents they have had due to negligence and unwillingness to put the effort and money into safe operations. Like the 2005 Texas City Refinery explosion (record-setting OSHA fine) and the 2006 Prudhoe Bay oil spill (the largest per-barrel penalty at that time for an oil spill). I agree on paper they look attractive, and even that the Horizon litigation has been priced in. But what about the next incident?

My words are about 100% kinder now. You must be pretty happy if you held onto your shares. Any thoughts on the new reporting laws they are going to institue in Ohio and how this might affect GPOR? Or how to play their continuing success/when-if to take profits?
EnerNOC's (ENOC) target price is raised to $21 from $19 at Needham after Thursday's news it entered into a 10-year agreement to enable PacifiCorp electric customers in Idaho and Utah to reduce power use by ~185 MW. Despite regulatory noise, the firm says ENOC continues to build and execute on a solid growth business driven by increasing competitive advantages and aided by scale and brand recognition. Where is all the ARNA versus VVUS vitriol I have enjoyed over the past year in the comments sections? I guess we are near the endgame. Thanks for the article and the advice.
Sorry. Slightly juvenile post. To expand -- I don't think the yen argument is compelling enough to sell low, even though I do appreciate the alternative thinking/angle. Thank you author. To me GLW based on their Graham number is a buy. They have lagged the market mostly it appears because of the decline in LCD display prices. However there are several catalysts that look positive including the CES Show trend of even larger displays (read: more Gorilla Glass), larger smartphone screens and the already existing possibilities of smartphones (where they have a dominating presence), tablets and other applications. There are also two of my favorite catalyst -- an improvement in product with the new Gorilla Glass 3 and a brand new innovation called Willow Glass which is still looking for an application. To me there are all kinds of possibilities for Willow Glass that just haven't been applied yet. I think the "bad news is baked in" and we are just waiting for popular opinion to catch up to an otherwise fine company that has made great moves to stem the bleeding. As far as a comment about these comments and contrarian plays -- take comments (and articles for that matter) on SA with a grain of salt. Clearly being bullish on GLW is the contrarian play outside this comment section. We are all just voices at a cocktail party on here. I am obviously long GLW and wish us all success in the market. And yes, no one ever goes broke from taking profits.
I was advised to invest in tax free municipal bonds a few years back and it has been one of my best performers, especially when considering the tax-free status of the earnings. With all the hype and talk about muni bonds and their impending doom, my FHIGX tax free muni fund is nothing super-flashy but has shown consistant growth and dividend. Considering investing more into it, even with the uncertainty.
Like some of these comments I have questions about insights into exactly why it is so undervalued. I have read that the former CEO over-promised and under-delivered and lacked transparency, but that seems to have changed with the new CEO. So what is stopping TEVA from moving up? It seems like it should be at least somewhat on the same path as MYL, but it's not. The middle east conflict/uncertainty sort of makes sense, but not completely. Anyone have any new insight into this?

Question for those more knowledgable -- with news like the Utica results is it generally more advisable to hold or take profits on news like this? I am assuming hold. And with this news is $48/49 still a reasonable price target?

Thanks Richard Evans. Just wanted to give props where props are due. You got me looking at GPOR, then I liked what I saw while researching. Up 15% so far. Thanks for the info. I'll be following your articles for sure.

Interesting, but a bit late. Sam Antar wrote about GMCR phantom inventories in April: http://bit.ly/O5TvEt Looked shady to me back then. I'm staying on the sidelines.

WPRT, CMI, and QTWW all say Nat Gas engines and related parts orders are up. Someone has to fill those tanks. Bleeding edge theory aside, I'd rather own a leader than a laggard for max profits.
