Playing the market at all is a gamble right now. Having anything to do with commercial real estate is risky right now. But these guys continue to impress me. They manage debt and risk well, and eventually some deep pocket is going to come calling and buy them out or bankroll them in exchange for their dirt cheap shares. In the meantime, they buy up their own debt at 60 cents on the dollar -- talk about leverage, they made income producing investments with negative interest! I own a lot and I just bought more after reading this story.
