    The management already issued more stock near the highs, crashing the value of the stock for current investors; off 50% from the highs! Any wonder any investor is nervous! See also CYNO; their management did the same thing yesterday.

    Looks like large block of JNK just before the close. I wonder if someone is going home, going short. The block spiked the price from 37.84 to 37.91 but it is closing in 37.76 area.

    Mr. Gayed's intermarket relationships are echoed in Tom McClellan's work who also is predicting a summer swoon through the fall, probably delayed in the early summer by QE2. Mr. Gayed's observations fit with this being a severe decline due to liquidity problems.
