Is the Red Hot Korean ETF Still Cheap?

I found your article of interest and quite useful. I would add one potential positive for South Korea and for EWY. That is the possibility of North Korea coming out of the dark ages and opening the possibility for South Korea to greatly benefit. If one takes a nightime view of the world it becomes quite obvious the only lights in North Korea are near the capital while South Korea is shining bright. This should make for sound growth for South Korea power companies as well as many other industres.
