  • No, Apple Still Won't Kick Intel Out Of The Macs [View article]
the traditional volume PC desktop space changes. AMD can utilize ARM and x86. And I agree. RT is unpopular. but is it architectures fault or just the RT software implementation? I am under the impression that we are going to see a more fundamental shift to other non win os´. sure this process will go a few years. I see the majority of server space is unix/linux territory. AMDs heterogenous approach and efforts of utilizing ARM architectures/instruction sets
seems to me like a good idea to participate from future ARM architecture penetration into the x86 server domain. not for HPC though´ (not yet)

how would benchmarks look like for the soon to be released silvermont dual core and already available qualcoms quad core ? is it too far fetched to assume that Intel would trail s800 once OS and apps become more multi threaded?

TSMC has no 22nm process and siclosed just today 3 16nm design flows. the time is coming.

also@ AE: Baytrail is Tablet chip - A7 is a smartphone chip . sounds unfair ?!?
