Is Regions Financial Due for a Bounce?

Take a close look at Regions NPL table. This show a normal reaestate market or a slite bump in the road for the company. The only problem is the real estate train has hit a brick wall. So where are the real numbers. Those are to good to be true given the markets they are in. It is not as if management would LIE. Now would they?
