I am continually amazed at the fact that most do not get geothermal. It is clean, renewable and runs 24/7 not just when the sun shines. It is cheaper than solar and wind, when you add in the fact that wind farms require a backup source of power for the 60-70% of the time wind is not blowing.

In an interview on CNBC a person that operates a share locator service said his business went up. Dah! You think that some of the nakeds were looking for shares to legitimize their short?

The SEC's Campaign Against Short Sellers

Naked shorting, not covered by borrowed shares is illegal. The Securities act of 1933 makes it illegal to sell shares not registered with the exchange. If they are not borrowed they are illegal. The SEC has been complicite in an illegal act for some time now.

I believe this to be a well balanced and accurate projection. I do believe it left out a number of additional potentials in Raser's business plan.

The Short Case on Raser Technology

Lots of misinformation in this attempt of a short to drive the price down. No surprise there.

The statement that they have no earnings coming from the plants when developed is not accurate the program will be 90% to the monetizer and 10 % to Raser and the period is 7 years not 10. Also the monetizer pays cash up from for the tax credits. There are to many other misstatements and distortions to address.
