MolyCorp (MCP) saw a 20% gain on a mix of some good news, bullish insider trading and short squeeze. MCP had a 62% short position as of 15 November so it did not take much to propel this stock upward as the shorts had to cover quickly. So, are there other stocks in the same situation? Yes, there are several other stocks where insider bulls and short selling bears are battling.

This screen was run on finviz.com looking for: very positive insider transactions (insiders net increasing their positions by more than 20%); the short float of more than 20% and a price of more than $5. The screen yielded the 17 stocks below plus MolyCorp.
