Stocks discussed on Jim Cramer's Stop Trading TV Program, Tuesday March 10.

Citigroup (NYSE:C), JP Morgan (NYSE:JPM), Morgan Stanley (NYSE:MS), Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS) Terra Nitrogen (NYSE:TNH)

Cramer applauds China's generous stimulus plan which is helping its infrastructure, energy and healthcare. The emphasis on the Chinese consumer may enable the country to make the transition from an export-only economy. Cramer says China is "red hot" and will stay that way.
Concerning the rally and financials, Cramer said: "If Citigroup is doing well, how can Morgan Stanley not? And how can Goldman not be having a dynamite quarter if Citi has that good a quarter?”
Cramer noted agriculture stocks were rising and says he likes Terra Nitrogen, which has a fat 10% yield.
