Well thank you, and good morning, everyone. Welcome to the 2013 Tim Hortons Annual Meeting of Shareholders. As always, it is a great pleasure to welcome you to our annual meeting. We appreciate your ongoing investment and interest in our great company. And I hope you took the opportunity to enjoy our always-fresh coffee and snacks this morning. My first duty carries -- actually carries with it some sadness. Ron Osborne, a director on the Tim Hortons Board since 2008, sadly passed away suddenly in early April. Now Ron was an incredible force to all who knew and worked with him. And while he was only a member of our board for a few years, his contributions were immense. Keenly analytical, Ron had a razor-sharp mind and a tremendous business insight. He embodied what it means to be an effective board director today. He was truly an extraordinary Canadian business leader, and he had an equally extraordinary commitments to his board duties. But most of all, I will remember his thundering laugh, his great stories and his great zest for life. It was a privilege to have him serve in our board, and we will greatly miss him. And in an ordinary -- in order to recognize his extraordinary life and his commitment to our organization, we will be making a $10,000 donation to the Tim Hortons Children's
