Ecopetrol's Sell-Down Creates A Value Investment Opportunity For Long-Term Investors

Over the last month, Colombia's largest company, government-controlled Ecopetrol (NYSE:EC), has seen its share price plunge by almost 31% for the year-to-date period, which saw it recently touch a new 52-week low.
