Jung and Foolish: Avon Products (NYSE:AVP): Cramer thinks that Avon CEO Andrea Jung should be sacked after the company's earnings plummeted by 54% in the second quarter. He is so confident that Jung will be given the pink slip, that Cramer suggested buying the stock. "You're going to pick up five quick points when this board wakes up -- if there is a board," he said.

Tyson (NYSE:TSN) and Smithfield (NYSE:SFD): Cramer was disappointed in Tyson, which dropped 3% after it reported a huge loss and cut guidance. "I always thought Tyson was very well run," Cramer said. "Man, did I get snookered. I don't think I've ever been that stupid." He suggested switching into SFD.
