by: Miriam Metzinger

Stocks discussed on the Lightning Round segment of Jim Cramer's Mad Money Program, Wednesday August 21.

Bullish Calls:

Sinclair Broadcast Group (NASDAQ:SBGI): "I like that media business very much. It has a good yield. It will continue to do well. It might not go higher right now, but I like it."

Western Union (NYSE:WU): "I like that this company. It is starting to do much better. It is on a roll. WU was under pressure, and the pressure is over."

Taser (TASR): "We think this stock has a lot of momentum. That quarter was terrific. You have horse sense."

Hasbro (NASDAQ:HAS): "I like it. It has a nice yield. It has some momentum. It is well-run. I think Hasbro is good."

Fleetmatics (NYSE:FLTX): "It is a software as a service play. It is a good stock, and it is the only one in this area. It is very specialized."

Bearish Calls:

eBay (NASDAQ:EBAY): "We sold some (from the charitable trust). We are disheartened about the action. It doesn't act well ... at a certain point, I can't take it. The stock doesn't act well."

Plains All American Pipeline (NYSE:PAA): "Normally, I would say absolutely yes, but this is the problem. PAA yelds 4.5%. If that 10 year treasury goes above 3%, this stock is going to drop 5-10%. I'm not kidding. I'm not biting because it has a 4.5% yield."

Old Dominion Freight Line (NASDAQ:ODFL): "I would tell you I think that is a good stock, but I do prefer the rails because they have less competition. If I were to start a position, I would start with rails."

Vornado Realty (NYSE:VNO): "Be worried about the yield. The yield is less than 4%. If we breach 3% on the 10 year, I think 75 dollars is where I might take a stand, but not here."

Northern Tier Energy (NYSE:NTI): "That dividend is a red flag. All of these are coming down, and the earnings are not good. Don't buy."

Bank of America (NYSE:BAC): "Here's the problem. The Justice Department is after them. The numbers have to go down, and then you can buy, but not yet."
