Capstone Mining - A Transformational Acquisition


In this article I'll have a closer look at Capstone Mining (OTCPK:CSFFF), which has two operating assets in the Yukon province of Canada and the Zacatecas province of Mexico. More recently, the company announced the acquisition of BHP Billiton's (NYSE:BHP) Pinto Valley assets in Arizona, which will immediately catapult Capstone Mining into the midtier producers range as the total output will be approximately 230-250M lbs per annum.

I'll briefly discuss the two operating assets, being the Minto mine in the Yukon and the Cozamin mine in Mexico. The Pinto Valley acquisition seems to be interesting and I will run some numbers to see if the acquisition will be accretive to Capstone Mining. The Santo Domingo...
