Arcan Resources - A Company Transforming Transaction In The Near Future?

I've been investing in publicly traded companies for twenty years, so I can pick up on subtle things that new investors can't.

You won't believe it, but in looking at the chart of Arcan Resources (OTCPK:ARNBF) I have a suspicion that some sort of major event might be on the near horizon.

That is tongue in cheek of course. The stock price of Arcan has more than doubled in two weeks. Check out the trading volume over the past three days:
