by: Miriam Metzinger

Stocks discussed on the Lightning Round segment of Jim Cramer's Mad Money Program, Tuesday September 17.

Bullish Calls:

Cisco (NASDAQ:CSCO): "I think the Cisco kid is a friend of mine. They did lay off people, but business is smoking. Buy, buy, buy."

Arm Holdings (NASDAQ:ARMH), Intel (NASDAQ:INTC): "Arm Holdings is building an empire. This is the semiconductor to own. And right here, right now, Intel is a buy. I think Intel is going to have a strong 4th quarter."

Zoltek (NASDAQ:ZOLT): "This is carbon fibers. This is a basic American company that does well."

Bearish Calls:

Baidu (NASDAQ:BIDU): "These Chinese stocks have had a big run. Let's hold off on that one."

Coach (COH): "Coach had a meeting with analysts and apparently it went well. I'm holding off. Coach has not delivered the last few quarters, but the stock has gone up."

Arena Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:ARNA): "I don't like it. Every time I say something negative about the stock, people get mad at me, but I don't want to touch it. Many of these biotechs are just too hot."
