Prudential Bancorp: Last Chance Before Conversion!

I'll be honest, I love oil and gas companies but stick to writing about banks because I know them better and in micro-caps, feel changes are easier to project because income is more reflective of balance sheet changes and quality. Compared to the larger institutions that is. Another advantage in getting familiar with these banks are that there are so many opportunities for the market to misprice them. And, all of that without even considering the consolidation of banks (which can give any share a pop) and the fact that most are trading under their historical price to tangible book value (P/TBV) averages (even after recent improvements).
