Includes: CIEN, NVS, SNY, T, VEON, VZ
by: Miriam Metzinger

Stocks discussed on the lightning round session of Jim Cramer's Mad Money TV Program, Monday November 23.

Bullish Calls:

Ciena (NASDAQ:CIEN): "That was nonsense! [CEO] Gary Smith was on. He gave a great interview. Nobody even listened. I urge you to get the Barclays research report that came out today explaining why Ciena did not pay too much for Nortel's optical business... I think Ciena, at $12 today, was ridiculously cheap."

Verizon (NYSE:VZ), AT&T (NYSE:T): "...are good yielders, they can raise the dividends... they are starting to run right now."

Sanofi-Aventis (NYSE:SNY): "I was struck... by the unbelievable story that was told by Sanofi-Aventis... I would buy Sanofi-Aventis to pick up a little yield and get a better growth story in the out years."

Bearish Calls:

Vimpel Communications (VIP): "No, that's Russia... it's too risky for us. It's had a nice run. I would do some selling... sell, sell, sell"

Novartis: (NYSE:NVS): "Uh, I think Novartis is a great company, but I've got to tell you something... it's had a big run and it only yields 3%. I would sell Novartis."
