Stocks discussed on the lightning round session of Jim Cramer's Mad Money TV Program, Tuesday December 15.

Bullish Calls:

Sprint-Nextel (NYSE:S), Qwest Communications (NYSE:Q): "Yeah... you know what?… As a speculation, I will back it but why not buy Qwest … buy, buy, buy!... which I have now decided the yield is good … I like yield."

Ciena (NASDAQ:CIEN): "Last Friday, I threw up my hands and said that I cannot believe that they screwed up the quarter this bad… I cannot give up on this… it is too darn cheap… it is ridiculous… we are going to look back like we did at the end of my year stocks last year, my tech specs, and it is going to soar… I am not a seller down here… what is it a $10... that is ridiculous… no it should not be at $10."

Best Buy (NYSE:BBY): "I want to buy Best Buy… If you bought it at $44 when I said it, at $41 you buy more… This is a misunderstood stock… We are going to look back, literally, four weeks from now and say… Oh man, why didn’t we buy it on that sell off? Buy, buy, buy!"

Bearish Calls:

Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS): "Goldman Sachs goes down pretty much every day, doesn’t it feel like that?… Here is what I say… If you own it, let it go lower…let it go lower… just do not buy anymore… it is going lower."
