In late 2004, Internet Protocol Television (OTC:IPTV) was China's next big technology. IPTV promised to bring high-quality video to both computers and television sets, and expand the reach of Internet
services. Even Shanda (ticker: SNDA) was excited about its prospects. But now come serious doubts.
