Stocks discussed on the Lightning Round segment of Jim Cramer's Mad Money Program, Friday December 13.

Bullish Calls:

Baxter (NYSE:BAX): "It is 2 companies under one roof. If it splits, the stock goes to $85 instantly. Own it for the split, because they've got to come to their senses."

Discover Financial Services (NYSE:DFS): "It is a good company. I want to be a buy, buy, buyer."

Zoetis (NYSE:ZTS): "Zoetis' management made a good case. I'd rather be in that than Pfizer."

Nokia (NYSE:NOK): "I like these single digit midgets that are going higher. I think it goes to $10, no problem, because their intellectual property is worth a great deal more than it is trading for."

Neutral Call:

Verifone (NYSE:PAY): "The last quarter was good. They report next week. I've been waiting for them to put together 2 good quarters in a row. They haven't done it yet. I'm crossing my fingers.

Bearish Calls:

Pfizer (NYSE:PFE): "...Its growth is too slow for me."

Sandridge (NYSE:SD): "It is a pure spec. The best of them are getting hit in this group. Don't expect anything good to happen overnight."
