Naspers (OTCPK:NPSNY) is a South Africa-based media conglomerate, which owns a variety of media and e-commerce platforms around the world. It is listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, but investors in the US can purchase it in the OTC market under the ADR NPSNY.

Established as a South African newspaper and magazine publisher, Naspers has become a leading player in the pay television and print media markets in Africa. It has also grown through acquisitions to other emerging markets, including the rest of Sub-Saharan Africa, China, Latin America, Central and Eastern Europe, Russia, and India.
