Vermilion Energy: A Compelling Combination Of Capital Appreciation And Yield

I am increasingly finding excellent value in fairly unknown Canadian energy companies that offer both yield and the potential for significant capital appreciation. I say "fairly unknown" from the perspective of the US investor base. Energy oriented investors north of the border have no doubt been enjoying the total returns these companies deliver. Inter Pipeline (OTCPK:IPPLF) is one such company I have written articles about. This article will discuss Vermilion Energy (NYSE:VET) - a company that pays a 4% dividend yield and has an outstanding 25% 15-year compound annual growth rate. US investors would be wise to take note as this company has several strong catalysts moving forward which I will discuss below.
