by: Miriam Metzinger

Stocks discussed on the lightning round session of Jim Cramer's Mad Money TV Program, Friday June 25.

Bullish Calls:

Citigroup (NYSE:C): "This is, right now, my favorite spec in the book, now that financial regulation is done. I urge Tim Geithner to walk away for one day... If the government would stop selling this for one day, I think you'd get to $4.50. I am not kidding. I want you to stay in it. I want you to keep buying. Buy, buy, buy!... Every 30 seconds on Twitter, someone asks me about Citigroup... so listen up! It's not going to move right now, but I think it's terrific. Anyway, I like it."

MarkWest Energy Partners (NYSE:MWE): "It is now one of my absolute favorites... I think that this company, which has got pipelines in the Marcellus... a 7.7% yield, now that it is only 70 cents from its high... but I think it's a winner!"

PNC Financial Services Group (NYSE:PNC): "I prefer PNC Financial Services Group Inc (to Flagstar Bancorp) if you want to do a Midwest bank."

Halliburton (NYSE:HAL): "These stocks are all being buffeted by the BP situation. I recommend Halliburton. It does a lot of natural gas drilling. I think it's in the clear from the spill. I think this group is going to eventually get out from under, and Halliburton is good."

Consolidated Edison (NYSE:ED), Progress Energy (PGN), Dominion (NYSE:D): "Oh, absolutely! ED is a great one... it is great. Now, I do like Progress Energy a little more right now, I like Dominion a little more... but ED is terrific. I wouldn't back away from that at all. I'm a buyer. Buy, buy, buy!"

JDS Uniphase (JDSU), Cirrus Logic (NASDAQ:CRUS), OmniVision (NASDAQ:OVTI): "Ahh, you know... the quarter (for JDSU) was just so-so... but I've got the long-term internet tsunami view. Now, if you want to look just short-term, that's going to do well, may I suggest Cirrus or OmniVision. Those will rock the house sooner!"

Men's Wearhouse (MW): "Uh look... they raised their dividend. And then, I know, they disappointed. But you know what? I want to stick with them. I think they're long-term winners. Anybody who raises their dividend that much, I believe in. Buy, buy, buy!... I think you'll be fine."

Bearish Calls:

Research in Motion (RIMM), Adobe (NASDAQ:ADBE): "It's worse than dead money. I've got to tell you... sell, sell, sell!... This is one of those... we talked about Adobe like this too... If this stock bounces, sell, sell, sell... I mean, it's done. That was me putting RIMM out of its misery."

Flagstar Bancorp (NYSE:FBC): "Uh, why bother?... I've got major banks that have been has moved too much."

American Capital Agency (NASDAQ:AGNC), Hatteras (NYSE:HTS): "No! It (American Capital) reminds me of Hatteras... Sell, sell, sell! I think that dividend is a red flag. I don't trust the stock. I think you should sell it."
