Cramer's Lightning Round - Yahoo Can Re-Invent Itself (5/12/14)

by: Miriam Metzinger

Stocks discussed on the Lightning Round segment of Jim Cramer's Mad Money Program, Monday May 12.

Bullish Calls:

  • Yahoo (YHOO): "I think Yahoo can re-invent itself (after the Alibaba IPO). I like the stock. I would not be a seller. I don't think it is as poorly managed as others think."
  • Enterprise Products Partners (NYSE:EPD): "It is a great stock. It doesn't have a great yield anymore. Why, because it has gone up. That is one to hold as an income vehicle."
  • Encana (NYSE:ECA): "I thought that was a great acquisition, and management is going to explain it tomorrow when it reports. It is a buy, not a sell."
  • Cheniere Energy Partners (NYSEMKT:CQP): Cramer prefers CQP to Cheniere Energy.

Bearish Calls:

  • Athenahealth (NASDAQ:ATHN): "It comes under the category of stocks I don't know how to value anymore. It goes lower."
  • Cheniere Energy (NYSEMKT:LNG): "I think the LNG portion of the capital structure is too expensive. I like the MLP part that is affiliated with LNG."
  • Emerge Energy (NYSE:EMES): "It has a big move, it has a big yield, but at these levels I'm not going to endorse it. It has had too big a run."
