Now the issue of bank consolidation in respect of smaller banks in the United States is on the agenda. Therefore, the greatest interest lies in those banks that already have scale, and may be lenders with a reasonable level. That's why I hear speaking on NewStar Financial (NASDAQ:NEWS) as a potential prime acquisition. Honestly, until now I did not know this commercial lender, which is natural since there are more than 6,800 banks and institutions in the country.
