Jimmy Wales, founder of Wikipedia, talks about his new wiki-styled search project in the video below. Wales hopes that second-tier search engines might want to join the open-source project and go after Google (NASDAQ:GOOG).

He considers all search engines besides Google and Yahoo (YHOO) to be second tier. So, that includes IAC's (IACI) Ask.com, Time Warner's (NYSE:TWX) AOL, and Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT) Windows Live search.
