Includes: C, CCO, CLR, EOG, NOG, NUE, WLL
by: Miriam Metzinger

Stocks discussed on the Lightning Round session of Jim Cramer's Mad Money TV Program, Monday April 4.

Bullish Calls:

Nucor (NYSE:NUE): "I don't know if it is going to the 70s, but I want you to own it. We had a nice gain. I'm looking to get back in it. I want you to be a buyer if it goes to $45... there will be a big restructuring going on in Japan... it is going to involve Nucor."

Clear Channel Outdoor Holding (NYSE:CCO): "I like the company... because billboards never go out of style."

Northern Oil & Gas (NYSEMKT:NOG), EOG Resources (NYSE:EOG), Continental Resources (NYSE:CLR), Whiting (NYSE:WLL): "The bad press... is about depletion... and the way they do accounting. I think their accounting is good. I like their holdings. Is it as good as Continental Resources (CLR)... EOG... or Whiting (WLL)? No, but it is still a good situation. I respect it. I think the press is very critical and I think they are misinterpreting what should be the driver of the stock."

Bearish Calls:

Citigroup (NYSE:C): "We are going to get that (stock) split... that will not change fundamentals. What is ailing this bank, what is ailing all banks, is the government... I am not defending the banks... they did a lot wrong... the government regulation is making it so that if I were a Chinese bank, I would swoop in and get all the great bankers who work for Citi and hire them. Our banks are not that competitive right now... and that is why the banks are lagging... I'm not saying there shouldn't have been regulations. I'm just saying that is why the banks are lagging."
