Cramer's Stop Trading! Margin Buying Is Freaking Me Out (5/3/11)

Includes: CTL, ED, RENN
by: Miriam Metzinger

Stocks discussed on Jim Cramer's Stop Trading! TV Segment, Tuesday May 3.

Renren (NYSE:RENN), ConEdison (NYSE:ED), CenturyLink (NYSE:CTL)

Chinese internet stocks are no longer safe because of auditing problems at Renren (RENN); "Margin buying in the Chinese internet stocks is freaking me out," said Cramer, who recently got less bullish on silver because of margin buying.

Investors are hiding in utilities and ConEdison (ED) is reaching its 52 week high. Cramer likes CenturyLink (CTL) which hasn't moved yet. The Street didn't like CTL's last quarter, but the company has a lot of flexibility.
