Sysorex Global Holdings Corp. (SYRX) is a technology company with roots stretching back into the 1970's. The former iteration of the company was actually acquired by Vanstar for $53m cash & stock in 1997.

Today, Sysorex is the byproduct of several acquisitions completed over the last few years. In 2012, Sysorex's revenue was $4m and almost all derived from government contract work. Since then, SYRX has acquired 3 different companies that have grown revenue to over $60m, but at the same time drained capital reserves.
