Jim Cramer And Insiders Are Bullish About These Stocks

Cramer also purchases many of the stocks he recommends for his charitable trust.

We believe that by imitating the stock picks of the smartest investors such as Cramer as well as other insiders, investors are more likely to beat the market. Below we compiled a list of stocks that Cramer and insiders are bullish about. These stocks were purchased by at least one insider since March and were in Cramer’s charitable fund as of September 15.

Coca-Cola Company (NYSE:KO): The Coca-Cola Company is a non-alcoholic beverage company. Cramer had 1,800 shares of KO and one insider purchased the stock since March. KO has a market cap of $162.24B, a P/E ratio of 13.20, and returned 10.40% since the beginning of this year. Warren Buffett invested over $13 million in KO (check out Buffett’s top stock picks).

Nike Inc (NYSE:NKE): NIKE is engaged in design, development and marketing of footwear, apparel, equipment and accessory products. Cramer had 300 shares of NKE and two insiders purchased the stock since March. NKE has a market cap of $42.03B, a P/E ratio of 20.46, and returned 5.92% since the beginning of this year.

Ensco PLC (NYSE:ESV): Ensco is a global offshore contract drilling company. Cramer had 2,100 shares of ESV and one insider purchased the stock since March. ESV has a market cap of $11.19B, a P/E ratio of 16.91, and returned -6.85% since the beginning of this year. Robert Rodriguez and Steven Romick invested over $400 million in ESV.

Oracle Corp. (NYSE:ORCL): Oracle is an enterprise software company. Cramer had 3,100 shares of ORCL and one insider purchased the stock since March. Caterpillar, Inc. (NYSE:CAT): Caterpillar is a manufacturer of construction and mining equipment, diesel and natural gas engines, industrial gas turbines and diesel-electric locomotives. Cramer had 1,000 shares of CAT and one insider purchased the stock since March. CAT has a market cap of $54.58B, a P/E ratio of 13.97, and returned -8.96% since the beginning of this year. Ken Fisher invested $480 million in CAT shares.

U.S. Bancorp (NYSE:USB): U.S. Bancorp is a multi-state financial services holding company. Cramer had 1,000 shares of USB and one insider purchased the stock since March. USB has a market cap of $45.55B, a P/E ratio of 11.33, and returned -10.46% since the beginning of this year. Warren Buffet invested $1.8 billion in USB stocks.

Stryker Corp. (NYSE:SYK): Stryker is a medical technology company. Cramer had 1,000 shares of SYK and one insider purchased the stock since March. Cramer had 1,900 shares of KSS and two insiders purchased the stock since March. KSS has a market cap of $12.57B, a P/E ratio of 11.77, and returned -11.49% since the beginning of this year. Glenn Russell Dubin invested $256 million in KSS shares.

Schlumberger NV (NYSE:SLB): Schlumberger is a supplier of technology, integrated project management and information solutions to the international oil and gas exploration and production industry. Cramer had 400 shares of SLB and one insider purchased the stock since March. SLB has a market cap of $95.43B, a P/E ratio of 17.42, and returned -14.64% since the beginning of this year. Ken Fisher invested $703 million in SLB shares.

PNC Financial (NYSE:PNC): PNC is engaged in retail banking, corporate and institutional banking, asset management, and residential mortgage banking. Cramer had 1,900 shares of PNC and two insiders purchased the stock since March. PNC has a market cap of $26.45B, a P/E ratio of 8.09, and returned -17.66% since the beginning of this year. Ken Fisher invested $363 million in PNC shares. The last insider purchase in PNC occurred at $55 in July. There weren’t any purchases in August when the stock hit $45 and this concerns us about insiders’ sentiment about the stock.
