by: Miriam Metzinger

Stocks discussed on the Lightning Round session of Jim Cramer's Mad Money TV Program, Tuesday January 31.

Bullish Calls:

B&G Foods (NYSE:BGS): "It's marking time. You are getting that dividend. If the stock comes down, I'm going to tell you to pull the trigger."

TransCanada Corporation (NYSE:TRP): "It's got a 4% yield with growth...I'd say buy some here. If the yield goes to 5%, buy some more."

Bearish Calls:

Tyson (NYSE:TSN): "...had a fabulous quarter...feed costs are going one cares. I'm not going to recommend Tyson. It is a great company, but it is a hard business. It will let you down even though it is well-run."

YPF Sociedad Annima (NYSE:YPF): "All these oil companies are making money, but they are in the crosshairs of their governments...don't buy (Cramer is concerned about nationalization)."

J.C. Penney (NYSE:JCP): "...they have a new CEO (Ron Johnson)...this stock has moved up too much, and I am a seller...if it moves down, I might be a buyer, but it is already up 7 points from where we recommended it."
