Good day, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the Square Fourth Quarter 2015 Earnings Conference Call. I would now like to turn the call over to your host, Jason Lee, Head of Investor Relations. Please go ahead.

Hi, everyone. Thanks for joining our fourth quarter 2015 earnings call. We have with us today CEO, Jack Dorsey; and CFO, Sarah Friar.

First, we wanted to outline the format for our earnings presentation. For this earnings call and going forward, we will publish a shareholder letter on our Investor Relations' website shortly after the market close.

Then we will begin with just a few prepared remarks, before opening the call directly to your questions. Our hope is that this format will result in greater clarity and additional time for Q&A, so that analysts and shareholders can drive the conversation. During the Q&A, we will take questions asked from our seller shareholders, in addition to questions from conference call participants.
