Cypress Semiconductor is a good buy.

Buy Stanley Black & Decker below $100.

Stay away from Whiting Petroleum.

Stocks discussed on the Lightning Round segment of Jim Cramer's Mad Money Program, Tuesday, April 5.

Bullish Calls

Starbucks (NASDAQ:SBUX): Cramer likes Starbucks and he recommended buying below $55.

Teleflex (NYSE:TFX): "Teleflex is a medical device company with a lot of good products, single-use. That is the great formula for making money."

Cypress Semiconductor (NASDAQ:CY): Cramer is surprised that the stock is so low. It has a good dividend yield.

Stanley Black & Decker (NYSE:SWK): Home Depot (NYSE:HD) said the business is good. Cramer would be a buyer below $100.

Bearish Calls

Whiting Petroleum (NYSE:WLL): Its assets are too expensive for producing oil. Don't buy.

Deutsche Bank (NYSE:DB): "It's still too risky for me."

Avis Budget Group (NASDAQ:CAR): This group has become too competitive.
