Good day, and welcome to the Scotts Miracle-Gro 2017 First Quarter Earnings Conference Call. Today's conference is being recorded.

At this time, I would like to turn the conference over to, Jim King. Please go ahead.

Jim King - Scotts Miracle-Gro Co.

Thank you, Matt. Good morning, everyone and welcome to the Scotts Miracle-Gro first quarter conference call. With me this morning in Ohio are, Jim Hagedorn, our Chairman and CEO; Randy Coleman, our CFO; as well as our President and COO, Mike Lukemire and several other members of our management team.

Our prepared remarks this morning will be divided into three sections. Jim will provide the bookends. He'll share a few thoughts about the quarter, and then provide a more extensive update on some of the strategic elements of Project Focus. In between Jim's remarks, Randy will discuss the Q1 financials. After our prepared remarks, Jim, Randy and Mike will take your questions. In the interest of time, please keep to just one question, and one follow-up.

One piece of housekeeping to share before we start, I want to remind everyone that we're holding our Analyst Day event on February 21st at
