by: SA Editor Mohit Manghnani

Tanger Factory Outlet has a good yield.

Don't buy Sunoco for the yield.

Consolidated Edison is a buy.

Stocks discussed on the Lightning Round segment of Jim Cramer's Mad Money Program, Friday, February 24.

Bullish Calls

Palo Alto Networks (NYSE:PANW): "After speaking with Cisco (NASDAQ:CSCO) CEO Chuck Robbins last week, I started to get a little bit more nervous about Palo Alto Networks and the aggressive way that Chuck is coming on in cybersecurity. So let's just say, not as strong as I felt one time ago before I spoke with Chuck."

Tanger Factory Outlet (NYSE:SKT): It's a good stock that yields 4%.

Consolidated Edison (NYSE:ED): Cramer likes their business model.

Bearish Call

Sunoco (NYSE:SUN): They have huge debt and high yield which makes no sense in buying. Don't buy.
