Heavy discounting (as predicted) appears to have helped Tesla sell more cars than they built in Q3 for the first time in company history.
Of the 1,650 Model 3s predicted to roll out of Fremont in Q3 only 260 were actually built and only 220 were delivered.
If only 260 were built why are there pics on the internet of VIN 000313? Were production units destroyed in testing and not counted?
