Thank you, Ursel. Good morning everyone, and thank you for joining us today for the discussion of our unaudited financial results for the fourth quarter and full year 2017. With me today are Mr. Jacob Fisch, our CEO and President; Mr. Geoffrey Gao, our CFO. After our prepared remarks, we will open the line for questions.
