Good day, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to Orion Energy’s Fiscal 2019 First Quarter Conference Call. [Operator Instructions] As a reminder, today’s conference is being recorded.

I would now like to turn the call over to Bill Jones. Sir, you may begin.

Good morning, and thank you for joining Orion Energy Systems first quarter call. Participating today are Orion CEO, Mike Altschaefl; and CFO, Bill Hull. Mike will open today’s call to discuss Orion’s Q1 2019 performance and the company’s business objectives and financial goals for the full fiscal 2019 year. Bill Hull will then review some financial highlights, after which we will open the call the question.
