Thank you. Good morning, everyone, and welcome to Mullen Group's quarterly conference call. We'll be discussing our fourth quarter results as well as the year-end financial and operating performance for fiscal 2018, and this will be followed by an update on the outlook and business plan for 2019. With me this morning, I have our executive team, which is Stephen Clark, our CFO; Richard Maloney, Senior VP; Joanna Scott, who's Corporate Secretary and VP of Corporate Services; and Carson Urlacher, our Corporate Controller.
