This thing is going to absolutely collapse. Organic growth slowed to ~25% this year (down materially from 60% and 40% the prior two years). No chance it somehow re-accelerates.

M&A doesn't count as growth people...

COUP is all about saving money for business. The economy is starting to slow and Corps are going to need to cut costs to make profit margins. COUP has proven that it is good at doing this...

hi, how did u calculate the organic growth figure of 25%. thanks. there must've been some acquisitions you backed out? Let me know. stock keeps bubbling up making no sense. such a bubble market for cloud.

Yes it looks like it. They've done a number of acquisitions to obfuscate their true growth rate over the years. Most recent being Hiperos where they way outbid a bunch of PE firms to pay 5x revenue for a business growing like 15% ($20M of revenue). Back that out of their FY2020E guidance and it looks a lot less rosy...

Jim Cramer hyping this on MM last night. The CEO mentioned the bottom line, so I had hope for actual EPS. But no, company is LOSING money. Financial Strength only B+. Another Cramer hype job...

Deck is a good read. COUP has big potential, and makes for a good acquisition by CRM (expand from CX to other silo(s) ), SAP/ORCL/Infor, SQ, IBM, etc.

Seems as if everybody is guiding lower for the next quarter. Is the economy that bad?? I bought more COUP @ 88 today
